He wants nothing but disorder and violence and wants complete control and will stop at nothing to make it happen. He was already sharp witted and powerful before the other gods of Egypt cast him out into and unknown realm. He knew it be too easy to just return right afterwards so he waited until the time was right, for the time being he gain more intelligence and gain more strentgh making himself the strongest god. Once he returned he left destruction and death in his path and did not care who was in his way, ( man, woman, young, old, human, animal) he cared none.
