Michael Jackson and James Brown

During the BET Awards in 2003, Brown received the Lifetime Achievement Award and Michael surprised him on stage by presenting the award to him. Three years later, Jackson would attend Brown's memorial service, Revered Al Sharpton called upon Michael to give words of expression, stating that James wanted Michael to be there on that day.
